| Our aim is to train a prominent professional figure in the fashion industry who is able to conceive the most appropriate creative designs to transform into production and who has industry-specific skills that allow them to choose the most suitable materials and techniques to produce fashionable clothes respecting the company's image. |

| PARTICIPANTS |
|
| The job-oriented courses are opened to all those, who regardless of their age and experience, wish to acquire or increase their technical skills and artistic ability in the area of styling. In particular, the courses are aimed at: |
|
| • workers in the fashion industry (production, design, retail) |
|
• people qualified in technical subjects (pattern makers) or artistic subjects
(garment-makers) |

| ORGANISATION OF THE JOB-ORIENTED COURSES |
|
| The lessons are of a theoretical-practical nature; each topic covered is presented with concrete examples together with practical exercises in the Style Workshop. The teaching activities include the elaboration of a creative project that will be presented and discussed in the final exam. |

| The teaching body is made up of university professors, industry professionals and experts. |

| ADMISSIONS CRITERIA |
|
| Anyone who holds a secondary school leaving qualification may be admitted to the job-oriented courses. The full-time job-oriented courses have a fixed number of places: those interested can enrol from the 5th June - 20th July, 20 participants will be chosen on the basis of the admission test results. |

| THE FIVE TEACHING AIMS |
|
| Create: transfer knowledge, experiential and methodological data in order to shape and consolidate technical-professional and artistic-creative knowledge. |
|
| Communicate: provide technical-graphic procedures for the definition of design ideas. |
|
| Design: introduce the specific themes of styling to transform ideas into creative projects. |
|
| Realise: present the most appropriate materials and techniques to materialise the creative idea in an execution project. |
|
| Work: provide the key skills to operate in the professional world. |
| |
| FINAL EXAM |
|
| The exam consists of the presentation and discussion of the graphic-creative project elaborated during the course. A book with images of the intermediary phases and of the work produced will bear witness to the development of the project. At the end of the chosen job-oriented course, students will receive a qualification certificate. |
